Refund Policy
Custom Orders
Because our products are custom-made to order and often personalized with names, logos, or branding, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on personalized items unless the product arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not begun. Once the design has been approved and production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will work quickly to resolve the problem—either by replacing the item or issuing a store credit if appropriate.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers. If your item is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you with a resolution.
